Meet the steady state team
jenna Fisher, Rdn
Performance Dietitian & Host of Eat More Carbs Podcast
My approach to nutrition combines evidence based fueling strategies with a focus on energy availability, recovery, and long term performance. Much of my work centers on athletes who have spent years underfueling, often as a result of the demands and culture of endurance sports. Rather than relying on rigid rules or generalized plans, I individualize fueling strategies to match training load, recovery needs, and real life. I focus on helping athletes build consistency by using practical tools that make adequate fueling achievable. My goal is for athletes to understand the why behind fueling and feel confident that their nutrition is actively supporting both their training and overall well being.
I love supporting runners and endurance athletes who are ready to break the toxic cycle of under-fueling so common in sport culture. My goal is to strip away the noise and give you simple, actionable tools that make performance fueling feel seamless, so you can finally see what your body can do when it’s fully fueled.
