We will work with you, your athletic department, and performance team to come up with a personalized plan that works for you.

How it works

The athlete, athletic trainer, or performance director will reach out about collaborating with a Performance Dietitian to care for athlete or team

We will meet with that individual to better understand the team/athlete’s needs so we can develop a plan to help you reach your goals

We will build an individual packaged based on needs. This could mean working with the performance team, working with care team, or team consulting.

Frequently Asked questions

We provide a variety of services within our concierge pillar. We will meet with your athlete and/or team to discuss what is best. Examples of resources we have provided to athletes and teams

  • Team talks
  • Individual 1:1 counseling
  • RTP support (injury or eating disorder recovery)
  • Meal planning and review 
  • Supplement review and explanation

This service will be billed on an hourly basis. A set rate will be determined based on work required and services needed.

This service is a cash pay.

Concierge Sports Nutrition

  • If you have had a normal menstrual cycle +3 months
  • Professional athletes looking for interdisciplinary support and staff
  • AT, CSCS and coaches looking for sports nutrition for their athletes 
  • Athletes who are RTP (and working with a team) for NCAA, professional or Olympic athletics

The Period Recovery Program
Athletes who want to overcome low energy availability to get their period back. If you have not had your period for 3 consecutive months, this is the program for you.

We have provided consulting and concierge services to the follow teams/organizations:
